Forget the breakfast!

We spent a week at the Hotel Belvedere end Sept/ beg Oct 2009. On the whole we were satisfied with the hotel. It is in a quiet area but close to some good beaches and there are plenty of tavernas within walking distance. The breakfast however was in my view appalling. Not orange juice, but orange squash. In a country with abundant fresh fruit we were served tinned fruit salad! The cold meats I wouldn't serve to my dog, and when helping yourself to the honey you had to avoid not scooping up the wasps that were floating in it. I cannot comment on the standard of the evening meals as after the morning experience we thought it better to avoid the catering in the establishment!
