Pas si luxe que ça
Publié le 3 juill. 2024 sur HotelsAccueil déplorable il y avais un vent très fort qui tapais sur l’hôtel, la réception a préféré nous laissé attendre dehors alors que la chambre était prête et nos bagages était à l’intérieur. Résultat une pergola nous est tombé dessus. La piscine était froide et sale. La femme de ménage a juste toquer un coup et est rentré alors que nous dormions.
Piscine suite lune de miel tout les gens passent devant et nous voient, le personnel est toujours devant les piscines pour regarde la vue mer donc nous n’avons eu aucune intimité. À 300 e la nuit c’est abusé

I would like to address the concerns you raised:Early Arrival and Check-In: You arrived early in the morning, well before our check-in time of 15:00. We had not confirmed an early check-in for you, but in an effort to make your arrival as comfortable as possible, we stored your luggage in our luggage room. Our inability to provide an early check-in was due to the previous guests not having checked out yet. We informed you that your suite will be ready at 15.00 but you chose to come at 14.30. Therefore, receptionist did not chose to let you wait outside but she had no other option. We did our best to expedite the room cleaning process, and while our advertised check-in time is 15:00, we were able to accommodate you by 14:50. Weather Conditions: Unfortunately, during your stay, there were strong winds which affected many aspects of the island, including the cancellation of ship itineraries. While we understand the inconvenience this caused, weather conditions are beyond our control.Safety Concerns: Regarding the pergola incident, it was a thin cloth that became detached due to the wind, not the wooden structure. We apologize if this caused any alarm, but at no point was your safety at risk.Suite Privacy: Our Honeymoon suites, each with a private pool, are designed for privacy but are not entirely secluded. This layout is clearly depicted in our photos. We regret any misunderstanding, but the proximity of the suites is an aspect we strive to make clear in our advertising.Pool Maintenance: During the windy period, our personnel were diligently working to maintain the cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas to ensure your comfort. Their presence was solely to uphold our high standards of service and not to intrude on your privacy. It's common knowledge that extreme wind conditions (wind speed exceeded 70km/h) can cause dust to accumulate in outdoor pools and lower the water temperature.We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, ensuring a more pleasant experience.

Très bon séjour, belle vue. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Seul bémol, obliger de demander le réassort chaque jour du café,de l eau( non potable au robinet ) et des produits de douche

Älskar allt med rummet, polen va lite kall men det är ok om man badar på dagen under solen. Men annars allt var perfekt så nöjd !!

We loved our stay at Brilliance Suites. Staff were very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The room was clean and the view was gorgeous. Note that the deck faces the sun rise side rather than the sunset and the pool is not heated. Therefore, it was a little cold at this time of the year but we still made the most of it when the sun was out. The breakfast was so delicious, especially the Brilliance Super Bowl. The hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of Fira and Oia. Not many things are walking distance and we were fortunate enough to rent a car which was necessary given the hilly roads in the area. We will absolutely return to this hotel again next time we visit Santorini.

Brilliance Suites is definitely a highly recommended property to stay at in Santorini. It is at the centre of all major attractions that you need to visit and is only 15 minutes from Oia by car. Very close to the airport and also has an airport shuttle.
There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and it takes you to all locations. There is also a supermarket and ATM right next to the hotel at a 2 minute walk. The staff are really friendly and housekeeping is on point. The pool is the best bit with its breath taking views. I would recommend getting the honeymoon suite.
P.S. the breakfast is also very tasty. 10/10 stars for this property. Me and my wife loved it. Check out their Instagram page for more photos.

Beautiful property, Rooms are clean and outdoor area is spacious. Bus stop close by to get to Oia, market just down the street. It is a short but steeper hill to get up into Imerovigli. ONly con is that the pools are freezing cold. Views are gorgeous of sunrise.
