Hôtel propre, personnel accueillant et agréable. Seul problème pour aller dans les grandes villes c’est taxi obligatoire! Les bus ne sont pas fiables

It is the most important for us to make our Guests feel comfortable. However it is not Hotels mistake about how the public transportation works on the island. it is tru that in High Season busses might be late or even full but there is nothing we can do about it. We clearly mention our location on the listing and we are trying to explain how ti is better to move around the island best way possible.Thank you again and we hope to see you againBest Regards

La piscine mériterait un nettoyage plus régulier.
PAR CONTRE restaurent de l'hotel de l'autre coté de la route pratique des PRIX PROHIBITIFS pour une quantité et une qualité moyenne. On nettement mieux ailleurs...

We are happy you enjoyed your stay here with us.About the Pool we assure you that we clean it 3 times a week. As you saw it is a Huge Pool and it takes 3 hours fopr the cleaning which we do 3 times every week. However if there is wind and dust in the air there is nothing we could do. The water quality is taken care of 3 times every day to keep it in great condition.We hope to see you again.

It's great value for the money! However, this is no luxury stay - rooms are super basic, showers are tiny, and more.

Dear Mr. JoshuaThank you for your time and for your review. We would like to remind you that we are only a 3 Stars Hotel. All our rooms and facilities with REAL photos are posted online on Expedia. And yes the rates are very good for what we offer. However we never advertised any kind of Luxury Stay on our listings. We always try to do the best possible for our Guests within our limits.The same was your case where you had booked a Double Standard room with twin beds (Cheaper than the one you actually got upon arrival) and because you had requested a double bed and we did had one available (Double Pool View room) we allocated you to that one without any extra charge.Also the room you stayed (206) has one of the biggest bathrooms on that building and also posted online on the photos of the double pool view room. We really do not know what did you expect from our Hotel when you chose the cheapest room type, all the photos were available to you and in the end it was your choice booking with us when you could go to a more expensive Hotel with better facilities and bigger bathrooms. Next time please choose a Hotel that meets your needs and your lifestyle and do not choose a Hotel for its rate.Best Regards

I love that the staff was very helpful, patient snd informative. I enjoyed staying there. It was quite quiet. There was free breckfast but the only thing I didn't like is the fact that there was no where to charge my phone but they offered to charge it at the reception area.

We are always trying to do teh best possible for our Guests and to make them feel comfortable.About the phone charging before you go on a Trip for sure you are informed about the kind of power there is at your destination and whta kind of adaptor you will need for your devices.We are not obliged to have adaptors for all kind of devices (we do have for some European models). However Reception Staff was there to help you charge your phone as many times as you wanted.We are sorry about this issue that had nothing to do with the Hotel.Best Regards

Struttura obsoleta e un mal curata. Colazione da dimenticare. Panini raffermi del giorno prima, biscotti nella ciotola ma di quelli confezionati,. Unica marmellata quella di fragole. Minima scelta di dolce e poca scelta di salato. Tre sole le persone che gestivano la struttura. Da non inserire in lista Expedia

First of all I would like to remind you that you were upgraded from a Triple Standard room that you had booked (the cheapest option in our Hotel) to a Deluxe room for being Expedia VIP Guest. You also got the 20% Voucher to use at the Pool Bar and the free wine bottle in your room.In your Review you mention that there are only 3 persons running the structure?? I am sorry but if you mean the Hotel in general then the total amount of employees are 14. Reception desk, Cleaners, Breakfast room staff, Laundry, Pool Bar staff, Pool maintenance staff. However reading your review I am pretty sure you are only talking about the breakfast room. Indeed at the breakfast room 3 persons are running the place. How many persons do you think we should have on a Continental Buffet breakfast? We are a 3 Stars hotel and we do not have a la carte breakfast or served at your table. It is Self Service Buffet.On our listing it is clearly stated every detail about our Hotel. Hotel general facilities, Hotel Category, the room types, and that we only have Continental Breakfast. I am sure you do know what Continental Breakfast is. However at our Buffet we offer way more. We offer: bread, 3 cereals, 2 kind of cakes, marmalade, butter, honey, yoghurt, choco praline, fresh fruit, fruit compost, fruit punch with apples, fresh eggs every day (rotating from fried eggs, to omelets, to scrambled eggs to boiled), fresh cooked bacon, sausages, tomato. Cucumber, feta cheese, olives, beer salami, hum, cheese, milk, juice, coffee machine that makes black coffee and/or with milk, tea. All of them made the same day because there is nothing left for the next day when 100 persons at least daily having breakfast. I guess all those weren’t enough for you. And I am sure all the above are way more than a Continental Breakfast that we advertise.You only mention breakfast room and kind of breakfast in your review making it clear what is the most important thing for you in a Hotel.You mention nothing about the Reception Staff, the facilities, the Swimming Pool, the Pool Bar, the cleanliness, the fact that you were upgraded and given all those benefits for free and also the early check in and late check out options.The most important thing for you was the breakfast room, how many people are running it and what we serve for breakfast. Dear Mr. Marco, even if we served the double quantity of items for breakfast it wouldn’t still be enough for someone to eat daily for 2 hours straight. For sure they would always want something else. In the end this is what we advertise, we do offer way more than that and we will continue to do so. After all it is breakfast and not lunch or dinner and of course its not enough to keep you all day without food.Next time you must be more careful when choosing a hotel (and trust me on Santorini they offer less options for breakfast) for your holidays and pay a little extra so you can have the service yo
