Hôtel propre, personnel accueillant et agréable. Seul problème pour aller dans les grandes villes c’est taxi obligatoire! Les bus ne sont pas fiables

It is the most important for us to make our Guests feel comfortable. However it is not Hotels mistake about how the public transportation works on the island. it is tru that in High Season busses might be late or even full but there is nothing we can do about it. We clearly mention our location on the listing and we are trying to explain how ti is better to move around the island best way possible.Thank you again and we hope to see you againBest Regards

La piscine mériterait un nettoyage plus régulier.
PAR CONTRE restaurent de l'hotel de l'autre coté de la route pratique des PRIX PROHIBITIFS pour une quantité et une qualité moyenne. On nettement mieux ailleurs...

We are happy you enjoyed your stay here with us.About the Pool we assure you that we clean it 3 times a week. As you saw it is a Huge Pool and it takes 3 hours fopr the cleaning which we do 3 times every week. However if there is wind and dust in the air there is nothing we could do. The water quality is taken care of 3 times every day to keep it in great condition.We hope to see you again.

Dear CamilaThank you for your review. Thank you for your nice words about our Hotel and we are happy you enjoyed your stay here with us. There was an issue with the Boilers for only 7 hours!! Even though it was Sunday we did everything in our power to fix it and we did it. We informed all the Guests about that and no one had any issue.The outside temperature was 37 Celcius and the water was minimum 30 in the boilers.We are always trying to do the best possible for our Guests but as you can understand there are some incidents that you cant control especialy in High season.We also upgraded you to a Deluxe room even though you weren ot Premium VIP Guests just because we could do it.We really believe 8/10 is a little harsh for our efforts especialy if tis only about a 7 hours window without boiled water. Because there was hot just not over 30 Celcius.Best Regards

Everything was nice,except we didn’t get pool view room that we requested.

Dear HanryThank you for your time and for your review. We would like to infomr you that the room categories are double standard or double Pool view rooms. Pool view rooms are called like that because their balcony is facing the pool area. Unfortunately not all the pool view rooms are exactly near the pool. However the room you stayed in 302 is on of our best rooms with the largest bathroom and the only pool view room with bath tab. We would be more than happy to change room during your stay if you had asked. We would be grateful if you would reconsider your ratins since it is not reflecting the general image of the Hotel and we indeed allocated you to the best possible room.Thank you for being always kind with teh staff and we hope to see you again.Best Regards

Clean, safe property with well thought amenities and nice pool and decent size rooms with lovely sea views. Restaurant across the street is sub-par and expensive for the ambience and service. The staff is helpful and to be trusted fully: good and fast taxi arrangements & even excursion trips. I am also thankful for the extended checkout time since I had a later flight.
Only problem is location if you don’t have a car as taxi will cost you €30 and the bus is super unreliable!! So, first timers stay close to Kamari beach area or Fira/Oia

It is true that our Hotel is not in the busy Center and busses in High season are not on time but they do come every 30 minutes. However there is nothing we can do about that. A car or a bike is the best option to see most of the island easier.We hope to see you againBest Regards
