The property was beautiful and the staff was very attentive. The only issue is that the room had a bad odor later in the day each day that we stayed.

Giota! The front desk/Concierge Manager was extraordinary! Best I’ve ever Expierences in anticipating your every need!
The hotel has an elevator- all these hotels have very steep stairs with few offering an elevator , this one did!
The place is in a perfect location with a great Resteraunt and Sister Resteraunt’s at another hotel nearby - Very expensive for their best suite but once you pay for accommodations very fair pricing on all else. Excellent room service food!

Excellent hotel, rooms, staff, amenities. Everything was clean and luxurious. Staff was very helpful. We had an excellent time and would recommend it!

Every aspect of our visit was superb. From the moment we arrived, we felt as if we could have been the only guests, thanks to the amazing staff. The room quality was exceptional, and every detail was what you would expect of a 5-star resort. The staff was always available to make recommendations, and their island tips were right on point. In my travels around Europe, this stands out as possibly the best that I've experienced. Highest recommendations.
