Cet établissement ne remplit pas les conditions d’un 4 étoiles. Aussi bien les chambre que la nourriture en passant par le bar sont lamentable. Chambre bruyante, peinture qui s’effrite, pas de clic, nourriture servie bas de gamme et les alcools /cocktails sont mauvais.

Furthermore, you don't mention any details about your stay and place yourself as Anonymous. We are unable to find anything about your reservation or your stay which makes it impossible to find any details for improvement.

Flott barnevennlig hotell med masse aktiviteter for store og små. God og variert mat - fantastiske aktivitetsledere, rent og ryddig hotellområde 👍

They need to cook and maintain proper hot food

They where very welcoming upon arrival. The staff are very friendly and helpful. At first we had a room on the first floor above the lobby, but we had a hard time sleeping due to the noise from the lobby. So they provided a more quiete room for us. The food on the other hand was not very hot, and unfortunately we got sick on day 3. Dispite keeping using handsanitizer and keeping good hygiene we are got sick, other guest had the same experience, but we were told that it had nothing to do with the food, even tho the temp. On the”hot” food was at most 35 degrees celsius. We had a good stay but i would probably not revisit due to the food. Elena from the staff was a big help and we appreciate all of her help to make our stay pleasant Effkaristå para plo:)

Pros: the water park on site. 3 swimming Pools with pool side snack bar amd plenty of sun beds. The hotel staff if very kind and service oriented. There is a minimarket onside the hotel. Cons: the food quality is very bad and some none edible. The maintanance level is poor. The swimming Pool is dirty ( pool floor is full of sand). Air conditioning in the common areas almost dosent excist which is a nightmare during thr hot summer days, same for the rooms which some of them only has a partial climate control. In both of the dining facilities (dining room and snack pool) clean dishes were not available during the peak hours. Hygene-we found ants colony in.our room and the main dining room has cats wondering around. In both cases the hotel comment was that they are struggling to handle these issues. There is no indoor kids club all the activities are under the blazing sun and the activities are reapeating themselves usually. Location is distanced from shops, but this was taken into considaration while booking all inclusive hotel. To conclude- the hotel has high potential which is not fulfiled due to managment policy of minimum investements

We hope you had a smooth trip back home and we apologise if we could not fully meet your personal expectations. The Duty manager tried to have a conversation with you but probably because of the language barrier wasn't understandable.Greece has a general issue with the stray animals .Following the new welfare law (act 2021) , it is legal to remove the animals from the home area , as it can be considered as passive abuse.The municipality is aware but doesn't act , and the fine could reach 40.000 euro.2020 & 2021 were tough years due to the Covid - 19 . There are areas with shadow around the hotel, but we prefer outside activities , for a better air circulation and to avoid trasmision of any flu as it is very common for kids.Furthermore , as much we disinfect for ants.There is always a chance to find 1 or 2.It's completely normal when a hotel is located in the countryside with gardens in house.Peak times are always difficult , even for the personnel , not only the guests.That's why we advise our guests to join at the start of a meal or a little before the end.In the common areas there is air condition .However , when our guests keep the doors open it doesn't get cool .In the night, most of them are closed for energy saving as we are following eco practises. At that time most of guests are sleeping.Moreover, the pool will be cleaned every day , night time. CL & PH is checked 3x a time. And even if you have rules , such as like taking a shower before entering the pool , not all guests follow it. This is a matter of respect to each other.Concerning the food now , there are always choices. It 's not easy to accommodate all the requirments for 600 guests.The food is exactly the same with the photos that are posted online.Breakfast is a usual American-international style , with a large choice.Lunch : there is always options of veg dishes , white & red meat dishes( those with bones aren't allowed due to the increased health hazard) , salads , a make your own salad station , fruits and dessertsFor the picky eaters , pizza and pasta options are always available.Dinner , standard greek with international choices. On Tuesdays , there is a greek night, asian food is available some days of the week. Once a week you can eat at the taverna for cretan food options.(I advise you to book the day of your either or the day after)We will be very happy to welcome you again, whenever you decide to return to Chania and to send you our best wishes!Kind regards,Ioanna FovakiSales Department
