Hôtel très bien piscine au top et bien placé

The hotel is still from the 70th. The room for breakfast is dirty and the employees of the hotel are not sufficient available with hosts in trying to fix problems.

Fairly old hotel with way too many guest rooms in comparison to available facilities. Long waiting time for the dining during rush hours. Common areas were too warm due to limited air conditioning options. Staff very kind and friendly. Attended to our needs very quickly. Hotel is very close to a beautiful beach with reasonable prices and good selection of food and drinks. A nice 45 minutes stroll to the town centre through a nice promenade.

The hotel is very clean and in a good location 15 minute walk from town centre Staff go out of their way to try and help. The rooms are very basic, furniture a bit run down. Everythingis charged including water bottle. No tea or coffee facilities in roomood is ok. Bar is good. Pool is small and crowded but clean Pebble beach is just across the road and decent eating places

We booked this hotel because it was Pet friendly, but we were told at the front desk that they didn’t accept Pet! We were able to stay. The restaurant food was not very good. We ate in town. The pool was great!

The hotel asked me for a copy of the hotel voucher so they could bill Expedia. They said that their contract with Expedia requires this. This was the first time this has ever happened nor was I warned by Expedia that this would be necessary at this property. I am not a party to the Continental Palace's contract with Expedia; I have no obligations under it. Nevertheless, I took the time to provide them with a copy of the voucher so they could get paid by Expedia. I wish I had not booked it through Expedia, and I wish I had not used up my Expedia points to pay for it.
