The staff at costa point were extremely nice and attentive to our needs. I appreciated that they came and cleaned my room every day and provided fresh linen and towels everyday.

It is a very nice hotel. The staff was very attentive. If I go again, I will stay at this hotel. The room view is very nice. We also liked their smiling faces.

Clean hotel with gracious staff

We would like to suggest Costa Point Chios Hotel if you are going to Chios. Thanks for your hospitality, and I hope we will see you again… Kindest regards from Turkey!

Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HotelsAfter checking in to the hotel and settling in our room, the receptionist said that she had met with the manager and that she had to take us to another room the next day. As an explanation, she said that these rooms are usually given to groups of 3 people, that it is company policy, and that the new room they will give is exactly the same. In the middle of our holiday, we once again collected our luggage for an hour and the next morning we went to the room on the top floor. The room has nothing to do with the room I booked, or the images on the site are wrong, I am attaching the photos of the room here. It was a ridiculous room without ventilation, looking at the motors and pipes of the air conditioners, which looks like a storage room. We could not open the window and we were sick because the air conditioner was opposite the bed. In addition, due to the wind, there was an incredible noise coming from the window of the room, we definitely could not sleep. When we told the reception, she said that there is a room in the basement, but it is the same! General cleaning was bad, there is no plus except the location of the hotel. Stay away from here if you don't want your holiday to be ruined.
