Great pool and view

Pour : The pool.
Contre : WiFi, checkout time, restaurant
Emplacement : Touristic area with a pretty but busy beach and few descent restaurants.
Stay there with my girlfriend few days and we had a really nice time. The pool and the views are amazing and the staff very friendly. Few things to watch out for: Quite a steep long walk to get to the nearest bleach, it’s doable but a nice little exercise. WiFi doesn’t work, thanks I had an European 4G contract. The food quality if average. Had lunch once and for the same price by the main road you have a much better meals and portions. Check out is at a ridiculous 10am. We asked for a late checkout as our flight was at 5pm and we had to pay another’s 20 euros for few extra hours. The hotel wasn’t even busy.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your stay! Also, thank you for the kind words about the pool, views and staff. Regarding your comment on wi-fi, is a general problem of the area. New fiber optics network in Argostoli area will be ready in the next 1-2 months.
I am sorry that you found your lunch expensive and the quality average. We are very proud about our food and beverage quality and we are continually trying to improve them. Late check out (up to 6pm) is normally charged with the half price of the daily room rate. We didn’t ask something like that and your request was to keep room till 4pm. In that case we have to bring out a cleaner exclusively for your room and that is not free of charge. Once again thank you for your review and look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

The hotel is on a hill. We only went there by car, it was too hot for us to walk up and down. The road itself is not great quality and is steep, so it can be a bit scary to drive up for some drivers. Just take your time.
The view from our room and the swimming pool area was great. The bar service is very nice too. You can order a range of rood and cocktails.
The Standard room we had was just that, standard. Could use some extra decorations because it was so bare it had an echo. Also only 2 electrical sockets, and none of them naar the bed.
Aircon, fridge and bathroom in good condition and a decent mattress.

TV did not work, we complained daily but did not get fixed. Had to collect towels and soups as they would not be replenished. There is a restaurant but you have to dine by the pool, limited choice of food at a high cost. Pool bar selection very limited. Walk to the sea or shops is 15/20 minutes but seriously steep and narrow hill for cars and pedestrians, you need a car for sure with the heat and terrain.

A beautiful location but needs improvements

The good:
- Hospitable and welcoming staff who were kind and made us feel welcome.
- A lovely view of the Ionian sea.
- Incredible and large pool with a great pool bar.
- Modern looking rooms with all the amenities you need.
- Close to some great beaches and restaurants in the area.
The bad:
- The property, while beautiful, doesn't seem well maintained. Our shower head was broken, sink easily filled up with water as it was clogged, pool changing rooms had no lights, door locks to the changing rooms were broken, etc.
- The breakfast was, in my opinion, a disgrace. Not only was it not included in the price, but it offered a limited selection of food specially tailored for British tourists. Bacon, eggs and beans. We came to Greece to enjoy the fantastic food it has to offer, yet this hotel has somehow decided that it would rather offer the standard boring breakfast selection found in a majority of hotels. The few items that were Greek were not up to the quality we had at other hotels. Expected a lot more.
- On that note, a Greek coffee was an extra charge as well during breakfast, which was shocking. I've never been to a hotel where they charge extra for a coffee.

Dionysos Village Resort-En Perle for Familieferie

Resortet har en nydelig beliggenhet i de vakre omgivelsene på øya, med utsikt som tar pusten fra deg. Hotellets rom var romslige, rene, og velutstyrte, noe som gjorde oppholdet vårt både komfortabelt og avslappende. Personalet var alltid smilende og hjelpsomme, klare til å assistere med alt fra restaurantanbefalinger til aktiviteter.
Et av høydepunktene ved Dionysos Village Resort var uten tvil bassengområdet. Det var godt vedlikeholdt, med rikelig plass for både barn og voksne til å slappe av. Barna våre elsket bassenget, og vi voksne satte pris på den avslappende atmosfæren ved solsengene, med forfriskende drikke tilgjengelig fra bassengbaren.
Restauranten på hotellet serverte deilig, med et godt utvalg av retter som tilfredsstilte alle familiemedlemmer.
Totalt sett var Dionysos Village Resort en ideell base for vår ferie på Kefalonia. Det var et familievennlig hotell med en avslappet atmosfære, flotte fasiliteter, og en beliggenhet som gjorde det enkelt å utforske øyas skjønnhet. Vi hadde en fantastisk uke og vil definitivt vurdere å komme tilbake i fremtiden. Anbefales på det sterkeste for familier som ønsker en minneverdig ferie i Hellas!

The property is fantastic. Terrific balconies with gorgeous views, great pool and friendly staff. Only issue is property is located ontop of a mountain with a long walk down to the town and beaches, especially with kids. We had to take a taxi everywhere but overall great place to stay.

Amazing hotel, but in uphill
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HotelsAmazing hotel, lovely staff, very clean and nice. Keep in mind that it’s the highest point of Lassi, it’s impossible to walk uphill when it’s 30 degrees. To go to the beach/city centre you need taxi or your own car.
