Chambre au 7 eme avec vue , hôtel calme
Le repas du soir est très bien , le petit déjeuner plus banal
Le fitness pourrait être plus étoffé et climatisé.

Attention à bien choisir sa place pour les repas le premier jour car on doit garder la même durant tout le séjour.

It is not bad resort and the service was great when I checked in because I was very early and they let me check in and store my luggage and even let me use their staff’s fridge to store my cold food.
But after I got my room in the afternoon I use the shower and find that the water is really yellow then I spoke to the receptionist and tell them my concern and she told me that it had nothing to do with them it is the area water supply and should be OK tomorrow. The next day I check again and the hot water still very yellow and I check the cold water but it was very clear therefore I am very sure is not the water supply got problem. So I went to the reception again and reported this and the duty manager went to my room and checked the hot water and even take a video but said they will let me know. And the end I have finished my holiday and still have not received any update why the hot water is yellow. I am very disappointed with the hotel.

Fabulous Resort

Stella & Anastasia at reception were extremely courteous, helpful and assisted us with our various needs. Maria at the restaurant was so friendly & welcoming. Her advice as to where to go & what to see in Rhodes was spot on!
