Cet hôtel n’est pas un 5 étoiles. Les serveurs au bar de la piscine étaient exceptionnels mais la structure de l’hôtel, le buffet et le service conciergerie n’était pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles.

Excellent établissement. Personnel qualifié et à l’ecoute. Excellente prestation dans tous les domaines, accueil, restauration, soin au SPA et j’en oubli... Etablissemet à marquer sur son carnet d’adresse. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci pour ce séjour calme et serein malgré quelques jours de mauvais temps.

Nice Surprise!

92 Nice surprise! Review of Insula Alba Resort & Spa (Adults Only) Pending reviewvia mobile We stayed in this hotel for one night in a Swim-up room, upon arrival they had a surprise for us that they did not say. When they opened the room We had both an OMG moment, we got an upgrade to a suite with seaview and a shared pool. Fantastic decoration, bright, amazing view and terrace. Thank you again for this wonderful surprise. The food and restaurant is ok, the staff needs a bit more training in the restaurant though, not so smiley and they do not say hi. The restaurant was quite warm and there was no airco on, also the set-up is quite cold and open. But it was the beginning of the season :-). We had one issue here, we did not want to leave from this room ... ( but that’s a good thing, right)
