Overpriced - mediocre hotel. Not recommended.
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsTiny room, not able to open 2 suitcases. Arrogant staff, overpriced beach services. Sun beds was made available fron 07.00-13.30 at 30 EUR and from 13.30-19.00 for 50 EUR. I.e. Not possible to rent for a day. Very few sun beds so this stay ay a mediocre hotel became very expensive. We were scammed in the restaurant, paid by card 120 EUR, after pin code they claimed that transaction did no go through, even though I showed it on the Mastercard app. Ended in a conflict, and I had to pay also cash.

Dear Lars, Thank you very much for your comment, it helps us to be better. However, we would like to answer you so that the people who read the comments know the truth. For the size of the room you mentioned, when you made your reservation you should have read how many square meters it is. Regarding the sunbeds, let me inform you that from 2024 the Greek government reduced the space we all rent on the beaches so that people can bathe more comfortably, so our sunbeds are few and for this reason we have thought of having 2 periods during the day a cheaper one at 30 and a more expensive one at 50 so that everyone can be served. we don't understand does this bother you? and now let's go to the real reason you wrote this comment, after enjoying the services of the restaurant it was time to pay and you swiped your card which didn't go through due to a bad signal on the 5g network for a few seconds. so your money was frozen but not charged. And since you didn't believe us, we contacted the bank of Greece who assured us by email that your card has not been charged and that not a single has left your account. We forwarded this email to you so you can see it too. You can also very simply see the balance of your account and see that there is no money missing. You were very rude to our staff and to me personally, as I believe your comment is also unfair. All comments whether good or bad are welcome as long as they are true and yours is not true. Publié le 20 sept. 2023 sur HotelsΗ διαμονή μου στο kohylia beach guest house ήταν αρκετά καλή. Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι πολύ καλή μπροστά στην θάλασσα και το περιβάλλον αρκετά τακτοποιημένο και προσεγμένο ώστε ο επισκέπτης να απολαμβάνει τις διακοπές του.
