The establishment is immaculate, clear and large spacious room, all amenities and breath taking view of the ocean. Only a short walk to the beach and a 5min drive to amazing restaurants and markets.
You will fall in love with Koumi!! The hospitality is simply wonderful.

Further to your email, kindly note that when someone is cancelling the booking last minute we face huge opportunity cost. When this is an error from an airline you should ask for the damage from the agency you should have travel. We totally understand your point of view but you should also understand ours as well.
