Hôtel très bruyant Aucun service Arrivé au buffet le serveur ne veut pas dresser la table Personne pour s occuper de nous avec nos valises lors de notre arrivé à l hôtel. On est bien loin du standard d un hôtel 5 étoiles. Les portes qui claquent dans les couloirs. Les femmes de ménages qui parlent au téléphone à 7h du matin devant la porte de notre chambre. À fuir

A great place to stay

The facilities, location, property that includes two small beaches and many restaurants, and especially the wonderful staff, made this a great place to stay.

Warning! To anyone booking this hotel through Expedia. Upon arrival we were escorted to the front to check in. We had payed for 3 night( all inclusive) a Deluxe Sea View Room with a walk out pool. We were told we had an upgrade to the main hotel. It was a 10x10 room with a bed, small balcony and small, leaky hot tub- facing the parking lot. I refused the room. I was sent to the main desk. The front staff were completely rude and dismissive. The front lady had not other options for us or would give us a refund. They said it was ‘ EXPEDIA’s problem. We asked to talk to the manager. After the manager tried to manipulate us into believing we payed $1000 CAN per night for a small dingy room in the main hotel. We asked to look at the hotel rates for that room and there other most impressive rooms across the hotel in the villas. She refused to show us- and then eventually after arguing agreed to put us in a two bedroom suite with a pool. Which was downstairs. Not walk-out. The next day another manager contacted me about my room. I said it was good. She offered to book us free dinner reservations at the resort. They were already free to book. A free bottle of wine. Which was already free to take The property is stunning, food absolutely amazing. Service staff incredible. The main hotel staff left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt like I was being taking advantage. The following days weren’t met with smiles. Book directly through the hotel. Know what you are getting!

We were quite surprised to see such a low rating from you and with this texture since we were led to believe that the issued was resolved upon arrival on the spot. As per above, you had booked a Deluxe Sea View Room with private pool and was given an upgrade to a Deluxe suite with sea view and jetted pool. After mentioning to our Front Desk that you do not like the upgraded room, our Room Division Manager offered to show you a Villa 2 Bedroom Maisonnette, which was offered free of charge for you, as a matter of good will, to ensure that you have a pleasant stay with us. Upon completion of room change, an offer with fruits and wine was sent to your room, and as per your quotation you thanked us for making it right. The following days both the Room Division Manager along with the Front Office Manager contacted you, and were assured that everything is alright.We really hope that you take into consideration all the above.Kind regards,Wyndham Grand Mirabello Team

The facilities (a la carte restaurants) are overly marketed compared to the actual quality of the facilities. Likewise the main buffet restaurant has very little in terms of dish variation and the drinks available as part of the all inclusive are very basic.

Piekny , nowoczeny hotel, pieknie polozony. Dwie plaze, baseny, duzy , przepiekny ogrod z niesamowitymi widokami na morze. Bardzo mila obsluga hotelowa. Zdecydowanie jest to hotel 5* !

The resort offers many options for a vacation, starting with many pools, a water park, private beach and diverse children's activities. the location is quiet and restful, close to the city, a few minutes away by car. The hotel was full of guests and it seemed sometimes that they were unable to meet the service standard due to the overload, The food in the dining room is not very varied and in fact remains the same every day, so if you are coming for a long stay take this into account
