Rooms on the 7th floor are definitely not in conformity with pictures displayed. First, the lift only goes to the 6th floor only and the 7th floor reached by stairs seems disused and devoted to service areas as trolleys are constantly out in the corridor. Moreover, the size of the doors are different from the other floors and way too low. If you are average tall, you keep hurting your head when entering the room or the bathroom. Water is not running properly in the bathroom and there was no water at all at some point. One of the windows needed to be changed for it was so dirty inside we could not see through. On the whole, rooms on this floor look like attic rooms and should not be offered to tourists unless they are renovated properly.

Not recommended hotel

We stayed for 9 days in Rhodes and our Hotel had to be like home. But it was very old and dirty. They changed our room with smaller one so that every time we go to WC we need to hit our leg or hip to something else. It was very very disappointed to take our luggage in a 4 star hotel. The breakfast area every mornin g was another chaos, the elevator was every time like a hammam and you need to wait to open its door.

Notre chambre était très agréable, spacieuse et vue sur la mer, petit déjeuner varié et copieux personnel très agréable et serviable emplacement parfait pour profiter de la mer et visiter la ville à pied.
