Stay Away!!!!

Unfortunately, we have had many issues during our stay most of it because of the owner. 1. We booked the premium room and paid extra for it, however, the owner told us that was already full and didn't give us the room even though we paid for it. 2. Breakfast was included in our stay, but the owner claimed it is not included and we had to show her proof several times by showing her hotels.com documentation before she had to accept. She gave 1 tomato to 4 of use which clearly wasn't enough 3. There was no hot water in the morning, and the owner said it must have finished. I don't think this is acceptable in a hotel room 4. When we tried to ask for towels because the ones in the hotel room were wet and used, she tried to charge $15 for them and didn't give us any clean towels 5. One air conditioner was working and it was cold in the room. When one of the owners came in the room, he saw the second AC working and said it was working in a high setting. 5 minutes after he left, they cut off our electricity so we don't consume any energy. There was electricity around. 6. The owner was very rude and tried to blame us for everything and told us to go to a 5 star hotel if we want clean towels. In summary, horrible experience with the owner, and I would stay away and pick somewhere else

Dear client,We would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review for our hotel and we would like to explain to you how the hotel management really acted on your demands. First of all, we had to provide you with a suite of the same comfort for one night because someone else had first booked the suite bedroom. We moved you the next day to the suite you had at first booked and paid. You did not pay any extra price as you mentioned but only the price that appears online, plus breakfast was not charged although it was not included in the price (we had to confirm this with expedia team and they said to us that breakfast was not included in your price) you have paid only the standard rate. Secondly, every morning hot water is warmed for all of our rooms and it may have finished in your case. When you notified us about the lack of warm water, we provided the hotel rooms again with hot water. As it concerns towels and linens in our hotel policy it says that they are changed every two days, otherwise there is an extra charge if the client wants them to be changed every day. You did not accept to pay for clean towels so you did not get any new ones (do not complain about not getting clean ones). As it concerns air conditioners in your room, there was a technical problem with one of them and we had explained to you that if you put it in a high temperature ex. 30 C the electric power may go off in your room, something which occurred in your case. You thought it was the hotel administration that cut off the electricity but you were wrong, because we gave you service and tried to fix the problem. We are sorry for the inconveniences in your stay but we tried to do our best for you eventhough you did not appreciate it. Kind regards,Mouzaliko team
