Le personnel était très arrogant à l’exception de deux personnes à la réception et du staff du petit déjeuner… Personnel très peu formé en matière de services clientèle.

Juste un petit problème!!! Fallait payer pour avoir de l’eau chaude ds notre piscine à la chambre tes décevant à se prix 😡😡

Your reservation was for a White Bliss Sea View room with private non heated pool which has a different rate that the heated ones hence the price difference that needed to be covered for your reallocation to a different room category which includes a heated pool.We hope that you had an overall pleasant time with us and we are looking forward to welcoming you again, soon.Kind regards,Eleftheria VidiadakiQuality & Duty Manager
