Hotel is ok but definitely not a 5 star hotel. At most it should be a 4 stat hotel. Staff was very nice though

Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWhat a fantastic hotel. We had such a nice stay. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. We had a sea view room with a balcony which was lovely and the location is fantastic, you’re literally 2 minutes from the beach. Can’t recommend highly enough!

This is a good hotel and the staff are helpful and friendly but the facilities are not five star and the rooms are tired.

We had a great stay! Rooms are big and have everything you need. The staff are incredibly attentive and nice! They will even bring coffee to your room in the morning. Breakfast is included and is quite good! You cannot beat this location as you are practically on the beach and can walk to tons of shops and restaurants!

overall, the staff was very nice and helpful. However, this property is falsely marketed as a five star hotel. I would estimate as closer to a three star. It is old, outdated, and the quality of linens were poor. That is clearly totally fine however it should not be advertised as something that it’s not. It is overrated, and very expensive for what you receive.
