Havre de paix dans vieille ville
Publié le 24 juill. 2023 sur HotelsMagnifique sejour, c superbe, originale et classe. c cosy et tres joli. Tres confortable et le plus terrasse privée sur le toit avec jaccuzzi en plein coeur de la vieille ville.

Très impersonnel
Publié le 27 juill. 2020 sur HotelsPas d'accueil physique, vous ne voyez personne a l'arrivée. Vous devez appeler sur un numéro et on vous ouvre la porte a distance !
La chambre du bas est très sombre et vous n'avez pas accès à la terrasse. Le prix de la chambre est prélevé dès la réservation et non a l'arrivée comme indiqué dans l'annonce.

We would like to remind you that there are detailed information to all our online suppliers about size, description of the rooms and it is clear that there is no reception at the property. We also offer bigger suites, but you booked the smaller one with no access to the terrace. We suppose because it is the most economic and you didn’t wish to spend a little bit more money to have the room you truly wanted. The prepayment policy is also clear and you could see it at our policies and more specific to your reservation confirmation too.

Good but not great

Not much help and just missing a smile 😃
The room is small and good for two people
For a family of four like us we found it very tight.Only had two cups fo water but again we were four people. Nespresso machine was helpful and nice to have. But used pods were left in with fresh ones.So I mentioned to front desk staff which was met with some resentment and questioned by staff 😠
But hot tub was great same with rooftop deck. Location was good as all the old town was very accessible. Good restaurants nearby. Parking was a major issue as though.But this goes for everyone as it gets busy around the old town. In the end front desk staff made a good recommendation for a restaurant, away from town in a village near the University. Restaurant was excellent and prices were much better than in town. In the end we did fine but don’t think we will return.

With surprise and also disappointment we read the comments about the check in and that there was not much help and the smile was missing. First of all, even before arrival, we have spoken several times on the phone, providing help in every issue you had and answers to every question. During the check in procedure and not only, we are always professional, polite and friendly to our customers. When checking a customer into a room we explain everything the customer needs to know, i.e. the a/c use instructions, the Jacuzzi use instructions, we show the customers what’s in the room and of course we offer suggestions for places to visit and restaurants where they may eat. We remember chatting many times when we met by the reception or in the hotel’s yard, from our side it felt cheerful and friendly…As regards the room’s size, it is exactly as it is stated in all booking engines and many many photos are also available. But of course if a customer has any extra questions prior or during he is trying to book, we are always happy to answer and explain anything needed, to the detail.Concerning the unfortunate issue with the espresso capsules (which were placed by the previous guest where the unused ones should be), and for which we are very sorry, as soon as you found out and informed us, we proceeded with cleaning the area where the coffee machine is and offered new espresso capsules and cookies immediately. Generally, whatever was asked by you was fulfilled, so, if we have been asked for extra cutlery, cups or water glasses, or anything else that we are able to offer, we would of course have happily assisted as well. God beliggenhet, litt mangelfullt utstyrt. Feks manglet brødkniv. Det var litt sjeldent renhold. Måtte ha samme håndkle i 4 dager.

We would like to remind you that due to the Covid 19 very strict instructions, daily cleaning was frostbitten and it was only allowed cleaning and towel/bed linen change every third night. All guests had access to this information as we had printed it and put it to an obvious point. We are apologizing about this but it wasn't our rule but the government's. He wish to accommodate you again some time in the future so you could enjoy the hospitality we are famous about
