The hotel employees are super friendly and make you feel at home. They provide you with customized service that really is special and unique.
The views are stunning, the nicest part of Oia. I would certainly stay there again.

The staff and accommodations at Nikos Villas was outstanding. We loved every minute of it and will be back! The staff did an amazing job communicating and taking care of our every need.

Siamo partiti all’insegna di qualche giorno di relax, che fosse di aiuto per staccare la spina ed il nostro soggiorno al Nikos Villas si è rivelato essere qualcosa di più! Silenzioso, rilassante, cibo ottimo a partire dalla colazione che ti viene servita direttamente in camera, personale eccellente! Un grazie speciale va ad Andreas e Dimitris! Super consigliato

Nikos Villas was in the perfect location - a quick walk to the center of Oia but away from the busyness of the main pedestrian area. The staff were so lovely and helpful (local tips, communicative), the breakfast on the balcony was delish and incomparable, and the views were just stunning. We stayed in the superior apartment, caldera view with our own balcony which I highly recommend. We loved the story of Nikos who founded the villas also. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was breathtaking, very walkable, many shopping and dining options available. Matina at the front desk was unbelievable. She was so helpful and friendly and went out of her way to make our safe the best it could be.
