Très bel hôtel. Bel accueil néanmoins literie peu confortable, chambre mal isolée phonétiquement des autres et pour les amateurs d’une pièce totalement noire pour dormir c’est impossible.

Très bel Hôtel, chambre très spacieuse. Le service à la réception est parfait Seul petit hic, le service au restaurant et à la piscine est très lent (parfois 45 min d’attente après la commande )

Didn’t look as stunning as the beautiful images online (bravo to marketing) the hotel itself is nice, but on arrival I didn’t have a room and got moved. The atmosphere was dry. Full of German and Russians. None of the restaurants or cafes were open, we had to eat a buffet meal twice a day (not terrible food, but it wasn’t Greek, it was catering for German and Russian palette) you get charged for coffee pods in your room lol (only hotel I’ve ever stayed and been charged 1.5euro for a coffee or tea bag) The Germans took all the loungers (towels out at 7am) so I’m just grateful I was with my best friend and we laughed our way through it. If you want a holiday where nobody speaks or makes eye contact and is in bed by 9pm this is perfec

Precisely, the reality is even more impressive, as the high level of communication and hospitality demonstrated by our staff cannot be fully captured through visual means alone.The mentioning of a dry atmosphere in relation to the diversity of our guests is confusing to us, as our property does not cater to any specific ethnicity. Your reference of Germans and Russians, representing two out of seven continents, we are unsure of the relevance of this information to your feedback as Hilton is a multinational company with 173 million members worldwide.Additionally, we are unable to ascertain the specific restaurants or cafes to which you are referring, as our hotel offers a daily schedule of dining options throughout the day.Regarding the buffet, please be assured that the cuisine reflects our Mediterranean heritage, utilizing local ingredients to showcase authentic flavors. The staff at the Numoierapetra were amazing - helpful, friendly and so keen to make our stay as good as it could be. The rooms were clean, the beds and showers great, and the main pool area with the bar had a great vibe! Our group really enjoyed the excellent morning yoga at 8am with a really good teacher - a great way to start the day! The food in the main buffet restaurant was much better than we expected, with an excellent variety of choices that changed every day. It was a la carte quality rather than 'hotel buffet' standard. And the location of the main restaurant was lovely, overlooking the sea. Perfect for breakfast and also sunset. The spa treatments were great and the spa therapists lovely, just like the rest of the staff. The location of the restaurant means that there is not a lot that you can walk to, but with such a lovely resort you do not really need to leave it!

This is an excellent resort for a relaxing break with excellent staff, gym facilities and excellent daily yoga class. The spa treatments were great and all rooms of a high standard. Although the Half Board option is a buffet the food was amazing and we would recommend this hotel :)

We stayed at Numo for my partners 30th birthday last week and could not fault it! The staff are incredible and go above and beyond to make your stay incredible with genuine kindness.. Everything about this hotel is beautiful. The pools, the beach, the restaurants. We went on some lovely day trips from the hotel with advice from the staff. Such a special place, will go back.
