mais... la salle d eau doit être refaite car fuite du bac, pas très agréable.
Pour le ménage, nous n'avons pas compris à quel rythme il était fait.
Pas possible de payer en carte visa le jour de notre départ, donc les frais de retrait en liquide sont pour nous

Clean. Good breakfast. Nice people. If you have knee problems: You need to climb a lot of stairs from the beach.

I would highly recommend booking elsewhere.
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was obviously cheaper than most but there was absolutely no running water. We werent offered bottles to help us just told that there was no water. I beleive that water was deliberately witheld as other hotels had water supply including restaurants and only guests at our hotel complained of no water. Absolute hovel of a place.
Ants all in the room.
Breakfast left outside in the morning sun. Would not eat that. To top it off was double charged breakfast as it should have been included in the room price.

The problem with the running water was not limited to our hotel. The whole area had been suffering from this since 27/7 and still is. The Municipal Water Company said it was due to the over consumption of water of this high season period relative to the limited water supply our island has. Claiming that the water was deliberately withheld is not credible and is insulting to our 40-year reputation in the market. If you needed bottles of water more than the one that was in your fridge, you could have asked us for. I will also focus on your claim that breakfast has been double charged. By no means!! When you checked in, you paid the price of the room including breakfast (EUR 49,40) + EUR 1,50 (stay tax). Please let us know by what amount you have been double charged for breakfast, when and how did you pay for it (cash or charge)?

The hotel is superbly located for all the attractions and beach of .Masouri, it is clean and serves an ample and tasty breakfast.
Excellent value for money.
Unfortunately the amazing sea view is obscured by trees and as we were in the room next to the restaurant you could hear breakfast being prepared and the early risers which could be a problem (although not for us)
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
