Commençons par les points positifs:
Le design de l’hôtel .
Le confort et le design des chambres .
La qualité de la nourriture .
Le breakfast ainsi que la gentillesse d’Antonia au service .
Maintenant parlons des choses qui ne sont pas en adéquation avec un hôtel 5* .
Le service en général : nous avons eu plusieurs manquements de services lors de notre séjours , commandes oubliées , attente d’1H pour 2 bières sur la plages , erreur de service au dîner etc…Autre endroit décevant, la plage , celui n’est jamais nettoyé, vous y trouverez, megos de cigarettes, bouchons plastiques, chewing-gum, reste d’un feu de bois etc …..
service de serviettes de bains existants mais déposés en ballots sur un transat et vous devez vous servir !!!
Ah oui j’avais oublié de vous dire que l’hôtel est adossé à un hôtel à l’abandon !!! On dirait la zone !!!!
Le service de chambre : celui-ci n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur, lit fait à moitié ! Les coussins ainsi que la jetée de lit n’ont jamais étés remis sur le lit durant le séjour ! Le nettoyage laisse à désirer, les toilettes pas propres , le sol de la chambre fait un fois sur la semaine !
Attention également, mais cela je le prends pour moi car j’aurais du regarder la localisation de l’hôtel avant de réserver car il est à 500M à vol d’oiseaux de la piste d’atterrissage Pour conclure, cette hôtel ne peut pas être classé 5* ou alors une formation sur les codes du service d’un hôtel 5* doit être donné aux personnels des services concernés

The Hotel is really nice and service has been good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is equipped with everything you need. The private pool is really a nice advantage.
However the storage space is rather limited in the Breeze Suite. Next time we would book the Breathe Suite which seems to have a little dressing room. Both restaurants are good. You have a nice variety of dishes in case you book the half-board. Especially the breakfast is really outstanding.
What we didn’t like about the restaurant was the dresscode for dinner. Usually 5* Hotels enforce a dresscode for dinner. Which usually requires long trousers for men and closed shoes. However at no one seemed to care. Guests wore shorts and Flip Flops for dinner. This is quite disappointing for a hotel of this category.

Durch den Flughafen war es leider sehr laut. Der Strand war nicht sauber, die liegen nicht geputzt. Keine Kellner um 10 Uhr am Strand um Badetücher zu geben. Am Pool mussten wir die Kellner immer rufen, um etwas zu bestellen. Oft waren sie nicht da oder sind nicht vorbeigekommen. Check-in ist um 15:00, , check-out um 12:00. Man musste bis 15:00 oder länger warten. Vorher war nicht möglich. Beim Frühstück hatte es auch keine grosse Auswahl. In grossen un ganzen war es nicht schlecht, würden aber nicht nochmals kommen.

Aesthetically pleasing; Small and quaint property, yet still offered all you would need at a larger resort.
Spa was outstanding!
Enjoying adults only.
Enjoyed private beach and pool.
Enjoyed sunbed service.
Need more variety in food options.
Ants in room, otherwise clean property.
Need excursions.
Overall it was a beautiful property!

The property was peaceful and serene. The staff were incredible and very hospitable, we absolutely enjoyed our time at Pnoe. The resort was clean and up to date. Definitely should consider dinner at the resort’s restaurants, the food was fresh and locally sourced. Would recommend if you’re looking to disconnect and be pampered.
