Overall we enjoyed our stay at Portou House. Our room was on the top floor. There was some hanging space but not a lot of storage other than one drawer. The bed was really comfortable and toiletries and a hairdryer were peovided. The room would benefit from soundproofing as there was a bit of noise from a nearby restaurant, however this did not spoil our stay. The rooms are in a great location. We would definitely return.

We stayed in the apartment with a roof top terrace with hot tub and would definitely book again. We had everything we needed and was right in the old town.
We stayed for 3 nights and could have easily stayed longer!!

We stayed at Portou House for 5 nights and had an excellent time. Very good location in Chania Old Town. Communication was great from start to finish with Julia being very responsive. We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine for my Partner’s birthday which was a nice touch. The only feedback we would have is that there was no full length mirror - think it would be good to consider including in the rooms. Many thanks Julia and team at Portou House.

Amazing location, close to port and bus terminal. Very clean and modern property. Easy checkin and communication with property. Only downfall was no stovetop in our room which was listed on the amenities list when booking. Would definitely book again!

Hele nette kamer midden in het oude centrum. Alles is op loopafstand. We komen hier graag nog eens terug
