We understand your concern and would like to explain that your late-night arrival and same-day booking did not allow us enough time to cool down the room, which is located on the first floor and exposed to the sun throughout the day.Although the air conditioning (Mitsubishi pump) was available and prefectly working, we respect your decision not to use it.
