Dear Sir, Thank you for your review. Nevertheless, your view does not reflect fair reality of the lodging. The services that we offer are much above standard for our category, daily maid service is provided. The parking place is adequate for all guests,provided that everybody parks their car in a right way, and not block other cars and use space for three or more cars, just like you did nearly every day of your stay. We do not advertise TV channels in italian language or any other foreign language whatsoever, we offer smart TVs which guest can use for entertainment via USB. The bathroom size is average of the category and of course is not broken. Towels and linen are provided by hotel daily and are in perfect condition. The matress you mentioned is not only old, is brand new and specially designed for comfortable sleep. Originally you have booked a standard double room and you were upgraded to a superior room with queen size bed with private balcony on the top floor with great view. Spiders that you mentioned, please bear in mind that the lodging is amidst a forest, thus in nature, and of course insects will appear on outside areas, you can not eliminate them all, no matter how hard the maids are working. On your last paragraph you mention something about the electric system which we cannot quite follow, but we think you mean about the card system we have and the air conditioning, which does not work when you have the door or windows open. We explained this to you many times during your stay, if you leave the balcony door open the A/C does not work.
