Stay Away-Frauds-Dirty-Non luxury-ZeroValue

I can’t believe we fell for this. We actually were staying in a 4star property near city center and had this hotel on day2/3. Biggest mistake. The hotel is deceiving- our room was different one than pictures and I later realized they don’t have a single pic of that room anywhere on the booking site. Pool was dirty- we were told it is just like that. No phones for support in your room. Jetted pool has no privacy and is facing other rooms and is useless. Was dirty as well. I am a frequent traveler and can tell you that rooms are not worth even 1/4th the price you will pay. Day one of our stay, room had no blankets and we did not get much sleep. Remember you don’t have phones and there is no front desk. Casual approach to managing the hotel- one person was at the property most of the times and sometimes two. It is natural that things will be dirty and there is only so much one person can do. Breakfast was good, but not many options. Short on staff-no security at the hotel. AirBNBs have more security. Well, not that I lost something. I wonder what was I paying for. Approach to the hotel is wicked- most Taxis won’t agree to take you there and one’s that do they will charge you more. We had a big 25kg bag, which we had to drag up the hill and then take it back when we were leaving. Again, no staff to help with that. The one person staff is friendly, no doubt. I wish them well, but will never be at this hotel again. Overall, worst stay.

Die Lage ist sehr gut um Restaurants, Strände und bspw. das Scorpios zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das junge Team ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Simon and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Trinity is a small, welcoming and unique hotel. The location could not be better.
