Arrived at the property and found out that the property is not available. The host didn’t speak English at all even though it was advertised. After couple of hours of very difficult conversation it has transpired the lady owner didn’t have any idea that the property was rented out on the portal. We were left stranded with 4 little children with no bed to sleep in. Luckily locals helped us to find a room. Received a phone call at 3am from Vrbo about reimbursement for the initial booking. Unfortunately no properties in the sinilar price range were available. Received a refund from Vrbo few days later and found a different property through other channels.
