Thank you for your review and the comments for improvement. The shower jet were broken during July and the replacement of it was impossible in such short notice. However, the villa offers a big Jacuzzi in the pool. On the coffee, despite the fact that coffee is not offered in such listings, I brought whatever exactly you asked, espresso decaffeinate within a couple of hours after the request. Excuse me but your text message was not that clear as me to understand that you were requesting both espresso and espresso decaffeinate. When you clarified that you did not want me to bring additional coffee. On the missing soap, the stainless steel dispensers trick us. I told you where 5 litters of soap was located. On the smell I cannot tell something, you mentioned a smell in the ground floor living room in a text message, now the smell was coming from the bedroom in the first floor. I am really sorry that our vacation rental did not meet your expectations. I also hope that all the damages caused in the house was a result of an accident as I have never faced such damages in the past. I will be more than happy to host you again in the future in our villa and I am pretty sure that you enjoy every moment. The villa might be expensive for a couple, but usually it is rented, and is more suitable, for a bigger group of families or friends.
