Coup de coeur pour ce petit hôtel boutique
Publié le 1 juill. 2023 sur HotelsQuelle belle découverte ! L’hôtel Voya est un magnifique hôtel boutique de 7 chambres et suites situé à Kamares, à quelques minutes de marche du centre. Il est en hauteur de sorte que la vue sur la mer et la ville est très belle et on peut y admirer les couchers de soleil. L’architecture et le design de l’hôtel sont très beaux. Nous avions la suite Vibe sur 2 étages avec notre propre piscine privée et une immense terrasse. Nous étions avec mes parents et notre fils et l’espace était très fonctionnel pour tous. Le petit déjeuner est inclus et absolument délicieux. Il est servi sur la terrasse avec encore une fois cette vue imprenable sur la mer. Enfin, et surtout, le personnel de l’hôtel est gentil, attentionné et sympathique. Merci à Delphine et toute l’équipe pour les 5 belles journées passées avec vous dans votre magnifique hôtel.

Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HotelsUn'ottima chiusura di viaggio di nozze. Peccato per alcune formiche presenti in camera che comunque non hanno sortito nessun disagio effettivo. Piscina mozzafiato con vista su porto di sifnos. Consigliatissimo!

Quiet and private with an amazing view. Very helpful staff with good recommendations. Our room was well appointed and clean.

Amazing hotel and view
Publié le 4 oct. 2022 sur HotelsWe LOVED our stay at Voya Sifnos. It was so clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The view was gorgeous! It was so peaceful, and the private pool was amazing. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, making sure to pick us up from the port and drop us off when we were leaving, they even helped with taxis and dropped us off at the beach themselves when a taxi was not available. It's a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the main downtown - a little harder on the return since it's uphill. I recommend renting a car if you have young kids or want to be going downtown often. The hotel itself was so impressive. Our room had two large bedrooms, a common area with kitchen, and two bathrooms with showers. Both bedrooms and kitchen led out to the outdoor patio/pool. Thank you so much to our hosts - fantastic service and hotel!

We loved the property design and the location, the staff were nice and the views from the hotel are incredible but we were not happy about a few things which made our stay uncomfortable:
1. We stayed in the Gentle room with the private swimming pool with the view to use it substantially but unfortunately it’s not heated so we couldn't use it at all as the water was freezing despite 25c weather.
2. During our 3 night stay our room was serviced only once which meant we ran out of toiletries. The cleaners leave by midday.
3. The rooms are a great size but the bathroom lets it down. It’s so small only 1 person can be in there at one time. Be aware we had no hot water on 2 nights and were informed the boiler runs on solar panels and they forgot to switch it to electricity. Good luck to you when it’s cloudy.
4. Lack of privacy due to low walls and many areas look to be unfinished.
It’s a small hotel as are most on the island so don’t expect much service or “wow” factor.

Dear Gianfilippo,I would like to thank you for choosing and staying at Voya Sifnos Mindful Stay,We do appreciate your kind words about our location and design of our hotel,Let us express our side of story and we do feel very sorry that you noticed that the pool is not heated but we have never commerce that the pool is heated and all of our pools are coming with fresh water ,The front desk has been in contact with you several times during your stay with us regarding the housekeeping service but you have never went out of the room before 2 pm. Indeed that on the second day and the third of your stay that we didn't provide you cleaning but we filled your suite with extra toiletries, shampoo conditioner, shower gel body and face towels later in the afternoon.The hot water is always hot and the reason that the water delayed to come in your suite 10 minutes approximately was the fact that the solar system switch to boiler system and that takes a while, we take a serious consideration of your review and we will do our best to provide better services in the near future,Wishing you to have a lovely winter ahead and in case that you will be back in Sifnos will be our pleasant to welcome you back!Kindest Regards,Dimosthenis PramatiotisReservation ManagerVoya Sifnos Mindful Stay
