Our room hasn't been cleaned very well. They're was debris in the corners. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Front staff was very rude! Room was dirty and walls paper thin. I would of went to another hotel if i could of. Will never stay therr again.

It’s just average each time I go back. I keep hoping for a clean room and a finished remodel but it never happens. Do they sweep floors ?!

Dirty, smelly, SKIP
Publié le 26 juin 2024 sur HotelsIf you are traveling with a family and looking for a nice place to sleep, skip this one. The pool closes at 8pm, which is really early. And we found this out as we checked in at 7:50pm... The entire hotel smells like weed and the carpets were stained and dirty. The room appeared clean and fresh, but closer inspection revealed this not to be so. The floor had stains everywhere and was in need of a good mopping (no carpet). The bathroom floor was similar in with stains, but also had hair everywhere and a dirty paper towel on the floor. The breakfast was quite poor - everything was out and there was no staff to service it. They were even out of knives. The coffee was water and not even drinkable. Every time I went to the lobby counter there was never a person there and I had to ring the bell. Garbage that was on a table near the elevator was never picked up. Worst stay of a 2 week road trip with a new hotel nightly. Trust the bad reviews - anyone who gave this place a good review is lying.

The lady at check m-in was super friendly. Room is clean. Only negative is the pool closes at 8pm.

Check in was fast and easy. The young lady was very friendly
