Management is AWESOME and will bend over backwards to accommodate and help! I am a Home Hemo dialysis patient and travel with my dialysis machine and supplies. They were very helpful getting me the space and things i needed to be able to dialize while i was there. The property has been completely remodeled, is clean and new.

Staff were very friendly and showed appreciation of having you stay. Note: fenced grass area is NOT a dog area (appears so in photos), however, they are very pet friendly!

Hi Keith- it was great having you and we definitely do appreciate you choosing a small locally owned business with 70-year-old roots in Greeley, Colorado! There is a big park that is great for dogs just a block away, and on a case by case basis we will allow dogs in the green area. Children do play in there, and the astroturf is difficult to clean if a dog should do their business in there. But with proper supervision and a properly trained dog- we make exceptions. It was great having you and we hope to see you back again soon!

Hi Anna, thanks for your review! I know that the area may seem sketchy, but we do take extra measures to ensure that the property is safe. The manager lives on site, there are extensive security cameras, and we keep on good terms with the neighbors and the area police. Thank you again for your review and we hope to see you back soon!

Super easy check in. Room was small but had everything we needed. Great shower pressure and hot water never ran out. Room could use more light and more shelving to put things, especially in bathroom. Relatively quiet despite noise from highway outside. Easy parking. Great value.
