The location and available space make it perfect for my family to come into Suamico to visit relatives. This is the second year using this space.

Second time staying here and once again it was great. The only thing was the sheets on the downstairs bedroom were dirty. They have Extra so we changed them before we went to bed. Jon was again available when we called him for assistance. With this cold weather it was great to have a garage to park in.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and loved the fact of 3 bathrooms. Perfect to come back and turn the fireplace on and get warm from the raining weather at the game. Easy off and on to Hwy 41. Jon was very easy to contact and took care of anything we needed.

Quiet location within short drive of Green Bay.
Nice accommodation for travelling with family or friends. Especially noting that it has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Clean and convenient to Green Bay and surrounding towns and a two-car garage, too. Enjoyed our stay.

NICE CONDO
Roomy, clean, comfortable beds, adequate kitchen utensils. Owner appeared to be very organized with 3 sets of house keys and 2 garage door openers. Real bonus to have a usable 2 car garage. Nice linens. Lots of storage which is also a bonus. Fairly noisy highway when outside or windows open. Though did not hear the highway when inside. There is a condo overhead so we heard and felt footsteps though no noise. All in all, very pleasant and easy stay and good price for a Packer weekend. One general complaint - these rental times seem to get shorter and shorter - check in at 4:00 pm and out at 1100 am - it's not as if I paid for 3 1/2 days though I guess I did.

This property is a nice size for a larger group. Has everthing you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Its a very quiet area and easy to get to. Its an easy commute to the green bay area. I would stay here again when Im in the area.

Awesome Property and Host
This is a spacious, clean and well maintained property. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, but yet conveniently located near a major thorough fare. The host, Jon, immediately answered emails, texts and phone calls. Yes, I used all three methods to communicate with him. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the area!

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and kitchen for the same price as a hotel room with mini fridge. Beautiful location. Not far from everything we wanted to do. Clean, neat stocked, beautiful. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

We were on a motorcycle trip. This location is right off the interstate. We had 3 couples so the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms was perfect. The owner was quick to answer all of my questions. Love the large garage so all the bikes fit when we parked them for the night.
