It was just ok. Room needed upgrades. Sofa bed very uncomfortable.

The suite was very nice, clean and comfortable; the building was a little older, but it was well worth the stay. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to help out.

Dirty and DO NOT RECOMMEND

The room smelled bad. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was dirty and stunk. The bathroom was moldy and dirty. Our phone in the room did not work so had to go to office to get assistance. They never came to take care of anything and we had to go get towels and wash cloths. We checked in with 5 people and had 2 towels. Will NEVER stay there again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was dirty, had alot of bugs. Kept my shoes on the whole time as the floors were sticky and carpet was dirty

Filthy, broken and outdated

Where do I begin? This hotel was very large and had comfortable beds. That is the extent of positives. The condition of the room was awful. I'm so disappointed how filthy and run down it was. Our room had fruit flies (bad!!), no carbon dioxide detector, a very old smoke detector (well over 10 years old), the refrigerator's seal was broken and was leaking. The bathroom sink was missing the stopper and the faucet was dropping the entire time. The shower was mislabeled (hot was actually cold, and visa versa). The carpet felt moist, outlets were not fully connected to the wall and were a hazard for small children. Missing artwork on the walls with no effort to fix the holes or replace the art. And the closet door was off the track and would not close properly. Overall, it was just super gross and run down. Would not recommend, and would never stay again.
