The hotel and room were nice and clean. The room had no dressers to put your clothes away. There is no free continental breakfast. When we checked in the desk clerk did not check to see that we had already paid for our 2-night stay online through Travelocity. He said he had to charge us $50 per night for "incidentals" which is a lot. We paid but later found out that he double charged us for the room we already paid for. I had to call and speak to Alyssa to get a refund but still have not received it to this day.

This was a great hotel maybe a little pricey but we were here for the Packers game

This has been a regular stop when I pick up or drop my child off at college, however; the last few visits I have noticed that I have had to notify them that I am being double charged. I will pay for my room through a 3rd party such as Expedia and when I get to the hotel, they charge me for the same room again. Even when I have shown them that the room is paid for, they do not reverse my charge for several days later. Even though I enjoy the room and the closeness to the casino, I do not think I will be returning.
