Property needs updated, they provide you a complimentary dinner and the only thing they had left was bbq chicken no sides and a little Debbie cake. Complimentary breakfast was disappointing too. The lady at the front desk was stressed, upset and wasn’t great customer service.

Thank you for doing a survey. I'm sorry that you felt our complimentary breakfast was disappointing. Guests usually rave about our breakfast. There are times that we do run out of certain items for our complimentary dinner before it closes. I'm not quite sure which lady you mean at the front desk because our front desk staff normally very pleasant, kind and helpful. We do hope that you will give us another try the next time you are in Green River, Wyoming

I reserved a king suite with a jacuzzi tub as a wedding gift, at check in I was told there is no room like that. Even though there are photos on the website and in the description of room 77 that I booked. I was very disappointed, as was the honeymooners!!

Hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review for us. I'm sorry that you did not receive the room that you had hoped for. Our records indicate that you booked a King Studio Suite, not our whirlpool suite, which we do in fact have. We do not have a room number that is 77. All of our rooms start at 100, 200, 300, and 400 with the first number indicating the floor that the room is on. I am having trouble finding in our pictures where you would have seen that. I do apologize that you didn't have the experience that you had hoped for. I would encourage you to please call the hotel before booking to ensure that you are getting the room type that you are expecting. I sincerly apologize that your Honeymoon was impacted as a result. I hope that everything else about your stay was good. Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We hope to see you again soon!

Comfortable, clean rooms. Convenient location just off the highway, in a quiet area. Friendly staff.
