Hotel is very tired and looks nothing like photos on the Travelocity website. Carpet in room was absolutely filthy. One final complaint was that while I was sitting on the bed, I noticed a creepy little bug walking on the bedspread. I didn’t want to know what was under the bed.

Dirty outside very old building, outer door doesn’t unlock inner hall door propped open, not given any information besides room number at check in and key card

I locked my keys in my vehicle and the staff was very quick to lending me a hand and actually managed to get me back into my vehicle. Saved me lots of money and time thanks to their great staff, very friendly!! 10/10 recommend

Terrible
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HotelsHorrible. We checked in and the room was wide open. It had not been cleaned from the previous tennant. There was stuff all in the fridge, the coffee pot had something all in it and it was on the floor, the beds were unmade, pee in the toilet, towels strewn on the floor, trash on the floor, etc. The front desk attendant went in to "clean" and just got the stuff out of the fridge and pulled the comforter up. I had to ask for him to wipe down the surfaces. I also had to ask for new sheets and towels. He only gave us one sheet (we had 2 Queen beds) and 2 hand towels. Couldn't even give us full towels. He also brought us the vacuum to vacuum the room ourselves. I'm not a demanding person or anything and I know it was a cheap hotel but I mean I expect the bare minimum.
