Pool Heater Not Working

The main problem with our stay is that the pool heater didn't work. Even though the pool is indoors, the water was freezing and getting out was freezing. The blow dryer in our room didn't work and the rooms could've used a little more cleaning. More and better breakfast options would've been nice. The ladies at the desk in the lobby were nice.

Bad experience

Terrible. 1st room had dead bugs, they probably froze to death seeing as how the heat did not work. 2nd room had a continuously running toilet, several lights either did not work or were missing the bulb itself. Overall experience was awful. I will not be returning to this particular establishment next time.

Staff is very helpful and respectful. Wish the breakfast had a little more options but other then that its a very nice place to stay and the price is reasonable.

The hotel was conveniently located to Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The room was exceptionally clean. No coffee maker in the room but one was provided upon request. A TV in the sitting area did not work but the TV by the bed worked.

Just ok

Very smelly room after 1st night. Often mist would come through a/c vent sending random odors. Lights between beds did not work. Windows were filthy and hard to see out of. Beds ok, room clean yet could smell someone’s cigarette smoke even though a smoke free motel. Made front dedk aware of all issues. Breakfast just ok
