Clean and convenient

I walked into the lobby for check-in and the door is stuck on the tile. With a forceful push, im able to open it. It sticks again. The gentleman behind the counter stands up then answers the phone without greeting me or even giving me the apologetic, "One moment," mouthing that comes with the territory. He seemed aloof, hardly interacting at all. The room was very clean and all amenities were as they should be. It was a bit noisy because the building sits right beside a restaurant. That's not the fault of the motel, however. The adults that were staying in the motel had no decency while being outside of the rooms, either. Again, not the fault of the motel.

We did not stay at this property. When we checked in, we were given a dirty and used room key holder. When we got in the room, we had to turn on the A/C. The A/C vent was caked with dust. The linens had some sort of clear, gel-like flakes on them that I could not identify, There were small dark stains on the sheets.

The pictures on the website are not a good representation of what the outdoor area looks like. I arrived late and the area was kinda scary. They told me someone had kicked in a door a couple days before my stay. Made me uncomfortable to stay there even 1 night.

I know you don’t like to stop because they’re gonna charge you another card but whatever you bring the reservation card what is decline so front desk operators then his job the payment should be go through then they should be out the room and you have issue with any room Why you don’t tell the same day in the front desk they’re gonna change it to you but I know you booked one people in the room one night night time for five people in a room that is also not right and sorry for inconvenience if you don’t like staff, don’t stay again thank you and appreciate

Maybe it was just an off day, but the key cards they gave us didn’t work and it took an hour and a half for them to get us working key cards. And shortly after that the maintenance guy showed up to calk the leaky toilet. It was reasonably clean and we checked the beds and found no sign of bedbugs in our room, thankfully.

Sorry for inconvenience but if you have that many problem, nobody tell us about in the front desk so how can I know and there is any room doesn’t have any box because we just did brand new room everything is the new sorry for inconvenience and thank you for staying with us

Property undergoing renovations. So hopefully the disorder will be cleared soon. It was disturbing to have been placed in the room where a HUGE construction trash container was placed in front of the window. No visibility to the PKG area or my car. This is a safety concern as well.

Sorry for inconvenienced and there is a safety concern. We have 24 seven Camera 24 seven employees watching for everybody and we don’t have any in that many years anything happened so we are no our place is safe there is nobody complain about the safety before you but anyway sorry for inconvenient, and thank you for staying with us
