Perfect

The boat was perfect for our group, multiple kitchens were essential, and the game room had everything we could want. We spent most of our time in and around the pool and boat. Cannot wait to reserve this special home again.

Publié le 9 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely time, communication regarding the pontoon boat was bumpy but easily resolved. The host I spoke to wasn’t welcoming over the phone but had no issue. Overall nothing wrong, nothing to rave home about. My family come pained about lights not working and the air conditioning not being perfect throughout the house but I thought everything was lovely.

Family Vacation Rental with Plenty of Space

Beautiful home!

It had plenty of space for 22 of us, a beautiful yard, perfect dock, and we also rented their pontoon boat that is available for a good price for the week. The owners were very responsive to any needs or questions that we had and we appreciated that very much. The house is equipped with most everything we needed, plenty of refrigerator/freezer space, and a wonderful basement for teens. The home is set in a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood. We went out in the boat to view the fireworks on the 3rd of July in front of the Ritz Carlton resort and it was a spectacular show!

Great family vacation
Publié le 20 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our second time spending a week at the villa. House is wonderful. The only complaint was the quality of the wi-fi. Very spotty, often didn’t work at all, and watching TV was sometimes challenging.

Glad that you enjoyed your stay! The WIFI was out in the entire neighborhood/county off and on due to weather and construction. It is repaired not, but totally out of our control. Thanks!

Guys Golf Trip

Very Impressive

My only concern was the absence of ADA hand rails in at least one/two bathrooms On the main level. I appreciate the ramp in the garage which was helpful for the two handicapped individuals in our group. The property otherwise was clean, well-equipped and spacious. Would definitely recommend it. Would love to enjoy it in summer months to take advantage of the outdoor pool.

Glad that you enjoyed the home! We do have an elevator & ramp in the garage. These things are useful for handicapped and elderly. We don't have ADA handrails. However, this was known before. We don't advertise that we do have these things... all of that was understood upfront! Would love to have your group back. Thanks!
