We checked in and were told our room was ready on first floor. After traveling for 3 weeks we had large suitcases. After unloading it all and making it to our room we found it had not been cleaned. We went back to the front desk and were told the only room available was on the second floor(part of the hotel was being used for some sort of kids camp) so we had to drag our luggage upstairs. There was a huge gap in our door. On the positive side the breakfast was top notch! Won’t stay there again. We stayed because of the restaurant attached. Dinner was wonderful.

Exceptional

Exceptionally clean ( 100 % Health Department score, very rare ). Large, well-maintained pool and surrounding area. Nice linens and bath supplies. Adequate breakfast included, with some hot items; excellent coffee. The staff receive many kudos for hospitality and helpfulness.
