The lobby and check in at the comfort inn Archdale was pleasant. It smelled and looked clean and the check in person was very nice.
The room was not so great. The floor in the bathroom and entry way had some disgusting sticky stuff on it - we used a wet towel and mopped it with our feet.
The carpet looked like it was updated, so that was nice.
The shower curtain was so gross with lots of stains and marks. The drain in the shower had some nasty stuff around it.
When we turned on the air conditioning stuff came flying out and went all over the quilt covering the duvet. When we went downstairs to ask them to change it, the woman there said she can give me a comforter to change myself, then gave me the duvet. I told her that it wasn’t the duvet, it was the cover on the duvet and she didn’t understand at all. So, we just folded it over and pretended it wasn’t there.
If you are expecting any type of assistance or cleaning, don’t stay here.
