We arrived in the evening and went straight to bed. When we woke up we noticed a huge spot of mold on the wall by the AC unit. We changed rooms and the staff was genuinely concerned but a 3' by 3' patch of mold doesn't grown overnight.

WHen I checked in the staff was AMAZING. Friendly and cheerful, but on the next morning I needed water so went to the lobby and whoever was working was sitting a booth and literally acted like I put him out. He would not get up or anything. He told me to grab a couple of waters and I did and then I asked if I could charge to my room and he rolled his eyes at me. I wasn't impressed.
The room was clean and nice, the only complaint there is how the room is set up. I just think if you moved things around so if you are in bed and want to watch tv you can, but it is set up so you have a closet in front of it. also the bed is so far away from the AC that you can't feel it. The room was beautiful and clean though and I loved that. would have given 5 stars if not for the poor service on Friday morning.
