The check in you couldn’t understand what was being said. Then they asked for a deposit. I gave them my card that I had already pre checked in with for the deposit. They asked if I had the funds or my card was locked I said no. They said it’s not going through. Checked my bank account they ran my card for the room that was pre paid for. More than what I pre paid for it. When I showed them what they did they refused to look at it and said it wasn’t them who did the transaction it was the deposit which was only 50 bucks that I gave cash. Then I went to the room and it was nasty. Smelled like old smoke in a non smoking room. Red tape holding the ac unit together. Ice box had bugs crawling on it and mold on the tops. Bath tube had burn marks on it and brown. Toilet paper was brown. Block burn marks on the wall in bathroom. Roachs in the lamp and all around it. Took pictures. Went to the front desk told them I will not be staying. They said no I get you another room. I said no if one looks like that I can already tell what they all look like. I said and you can refund me the money you swiped for. They said that’s the online booking not us. Well I got on here and spoke to someone that helped me out immediately and even said I should have never been charged that amount. They were quick to get them to refund me money they took at check in and also helped me out getting some of a refund with my non refunded room due to the pictures and how I was treated. But I wouldn’t waste your time

Bad day

The floor was dirty and needed to be mopped. In the third day I asked for housekeeping after being told they come every three days. Shower selector didn’t work so water was coming from both the tub and shower.

Meh. Kinda dirty. Staff was nice and no real problems with safety. But everything was run down and half a$$ed when it came to repairs.

The floor was dirty, stains on bedding and towels, light fixtures broken or missing, phone cord missing, beds were positioned wrong to where air conditioner blocked, making the room hot. The door latch was dangling off the frame, to where I pushed all the extra furniture against the door, due to my window view was a strip club and the constant smell of weed and people hanging around the exterior was weird. But, my stay was quite and the fellow occupants nice! Overall no problem occurred, but I think upkeep and sanitation improvements needed!
