Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet throughout the day and night. Parking was never an issue. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfy, and I loved the fact that all the rooms had their own private balcony. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was there was only one lamp for lighting which was very dim but we just pulled the curtain from the window open and the sun brightened the whole room and also the WiFi constantly went out through our stay but those are just minor and didn't interfere with our enjoyment and relaxation in our room. One more thing, I felt perfectly safe here and never once felt as if I needed to worry, but I do feel that all the entrances to get inside the hotel need to be locked and only guests can come through with their key. Again, overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again.

We had no hot water. And there was water coming up from under the tile which soaked my boyfriend’s clothes and was a safety hazard. They did not offer any help and when asked to be compensated for the wet clothes or to have his clothes dried for us they refused.

Convenient to downtown. Comfortable bed. Listed as pet friendly but doesn't tell you until you arrive that it requires a $100 cash deposit to have a pet. Can be returned on checkout if no damage done by pet. But would be nice to know need cash on checkin. Advertised breakfast, on check in said breakfast served 6 to 9 am. But no breakfast and owner/ clerk offered no explanation except " we aren't serving today". He is definitely not a " people person" as he turned and walked away after his announcement.

Very sketchy crowd hanging around. Felt unsafe. Reception was locked and they would talk with you through a window. Cockroaches in room, cigarette burns on bedcover and sheets, bedside lamp burn out, no breakfast as advertised, just a cannister of coffee. Balcony door wouldn’t lock. Tried to charge me $100 cash for my service animal.

It was pretty quit and enjoyable but could do better on providing commodities as well as not charging 10 a day after 2 guessed for use of pool thats crazy
