it was nice, not happy we paid for a king room and had a queen

I do apologize for the inconvenience. It could depend on the time of booking. We have been sold out and really wanted to make sure that you had space in the hotel, opposed to having to find something else. We are so sorry and I will work on the team to make sure we contact the guest and inquire of their decisions. Thanks for staying with us.

the property is nice.
however, i booked a king suite and was given two queen beds at the same price. i contacted an agent friday to see i could change to a queen room because it was $80 cheaper to be told they were sold out.

Only bad think was housekeeping. They only replacing towels with out fixing a bed . Everything else was great!
