Located on a private half-acre lot in the center of Jamestown, this home is 7 miles from High Point Furniture Market, 5 miles from High Point University, 4 miles from Sedgefield Country Club, home of the PGA tour Wyndham Golf Championship, 10 miles from the Greensboro Coliseum and Aquatic Center and 12 miles from Piedmont Triad International Airport (PTI), 10 miles from University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Also located within walking distance (<1 mile) to downtown Jamestown which has a great small-town feel that offers local restaurants and bakery, a brewery, nightlife and shopping.

Bedrooms:
This home features 7 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and accommodates 21 people with all new mattresses throughout. Two master suites each with 50” smart TV; one on the main level with a queen and pull out twin sofa with private bathroom. The second master is on the upper level with a queen, twin and crib also with a private bathroom. An additional full bathroom and two more bedrooms on the upper level; one with twin over full bunk bed with trundle and an additional stand alone twin bed, the other bedroom with a single queen bed. A full bathroom located on the lower level along with three bedrooms; two of these bedrooms have two queen beds each and one has two twin beds.

Property:
The property offers plenty of parking and a private fenced-in back yard with gas grill. The screened in porch offers an outdoor dining room table with seating for 8 plus a rustic tailgate bench along with additional outdoor seating.

Fully Renovated:
This home was recently, completely renovated. New floors, all new lighting and fresh paint throughout. All new stainless steel appliances in open, fully-equipped kitchen which adjoining dining area. Extra large living room with candle lit fireplace, exposed beam ceiling, 65” smart TV, two couches, oversized chair and an upright piano, perfect for entertaining or gathering. Large laundry room with foldout ironing board (iron included as well).

Check In Details:
Front door has electronic keypad entry and code is personalized for each guest provided prior to check-in. High-speed Wi-Fi offered throughout the house with log-in and password details provided at check-in. Towels and wash cloths are included. First round of paper products are complimentary. Additional paper products needed are responsibility of the guest.

Great Framily Thanksgiving
Great house to bring all loved ones together for any occasion. We chose to celebrate Thanksgiving in this wonderfully located house. Kitchen and common area was perfect for cooking, baking, games and just hanging out. For the little ones, a visit to both the NC Zoo and the Greensboro Science Center were the perfect outings. A return visit will be in our future!

Doc and Carmen’s house was perfect for our large family gathering this summer. Their kitchen is so well equipped for cooking and eating in (including a grill!) The house is central to restaurants in Jamestown and they were thoughtful enough to leave a local restaurant guide for us. Everything was so clean and the decor very elegant with attention to detail. We absolutely recommend renting their house and would no doubt consider it for next summer!

Loved our accommodations! Very spacious in all rooms to include the laundry room. Main level bedroom and bath, 3 additional bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, and 3 bedrooms in basement with 1 full bath. Large, open kitchen which can accommodate 15 people, large living room, screened in porch. Nice, quiet neighborhood close to downtown Jamestown! We had a great time! Carmen and Doc were only a phone call away, if needed. Perfect weekend on all fronts!! Would definitely recommend staying at their home!

Overall this was a great experience for my first time using Vrbo. The property owner made the process seamless. She allowed me to view the property before renting it and she was very welcoming. We had a family get together and everyone really loved and enjoyed the home. Upon arrival it was very clean, cold waters in the refrigerator, and fresh flowers in the kitchen. Beautiful touch. Carmen made the experience so great and I will definitely be using this property again in the future.

Great Find!
We had an unfortunate family event occur which required a lot of family to come in last minute. The owners of this property when above and beyond to assist us in the matter. They provided not only a wonderfully remodeled home to stay at, but also put us in connection with local support as well. Communication with property owners was beyond anything we've experienced before with almost instantaneous responses. The house was able to not only accommodate my large family, my parents and my brothers family but also had some spots left over for others who were in town. We were able to hold a reception with 40 guests at the house comfortably and received many compliments from attendees. This house is a must and the owners are a true treasure!

Awesome house, exceptional hosts!! Home was sparkling clean, very comfortably furnished, and beautifully decorated - we loved relaxing on the huge couch in the living room and hanging out in the bright and spacious kitchen with our friends and family! We had family from VA, NC, and CO get together for Christmas week! The house was perfect for our stay- large family gathering room, spacious bedrooms. Great neighborhood. We stayed here during the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary essentials to make a great meal. The home is very spacious, with plenty of room for a large group. The beds were so nice and comfy I forgot where I was a few times :) It’s very nicely decorated with an overall homey feel. I’ve tried to come up with at least a suggestion of what could make the house better but I can’t really think of anything. My siblings and I along with out kids rent a home every other year to celebrate Thanksgiving together and this home has by far been the best. Andrea H

Highly recommended home with friendly owners.
Our family stayed in this home for a funeral in town and we had to book at the last minute. The owners were very accommodating during the booking process. The home itself looks like they had an interior designer come in and decorate. It is simple and very cute. The living room and kitchen are both very spacious and great gathering spots for our family to hangout. Along with enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own privacy. Again, we would highly recommend this home.
