We stayed on the 23/24 & it was even more than I expected. Our room we had reserved wasn't available because the people in that room extended their stay but with no hesitation they upgraded us to 2 separate (joining rooms) 1 room had 2 queen beds & the other room had a king. I had reservations for one room with two queen beds. Also check out time is 12 about 11:45 I came back from eating breakfast & asked for a late checkout time & they moved it until 1 with no questions asked. We'll definitely be back

Courteous , polite and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was done well. Room generally clean and comfortable.

Hampton stay
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HotelsLove the place, reason for only 3 stars on the comfort section, THE MATTRESS. I find all hotels have the same issue. the feet of the beds are higher elevated then the head, is there a reason for this? Over all we would definitely stay again as i just slept with my head at the foot end of the bed. Thank you for having the sweetest employees. Both evening and morning receptionist were very professional and as sweet and helpful as can be.
