Good but room for improvements.

The bathroom needs ventilation so the stuff doesn’t rust and the shower door is open so water damages the back of the door. The maid knocked on my door at 8am and checkout is 12. Have a dang list of who is checked out start on those rooms first. Sorry I didn’t put out the do not disturb sign.

Overall good. I’ve been traveling for over 30 years for business and never been asked to sign a 1 page guest code of conduct in addition to the usual checkin in pages. It’s a major red flag, and suspect it’s because they are so close to the stadium.

Thank you for staying with us. Our code of conduct is so that all guests have an enjoyable experience with us. We are the closest hotel to our coliseum and have lots of shows and concerts.

The room was large and very clean. The property was well kept. Very comfortable bed as well. One down side was the additional cost for breakfast. Other than that it was a great stay!

Would stay again. Curtains didn't close.
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsIt was a clean, well stocked, and quiet stay. My only issue is the curtains don't close. So privacy was limited and the street lights shined in the room all night.
