This hotel smelled very strongly of smoke altho there were no smoking signs everywhere. There was an ice machine in the lobby with no ice. The beds and pillows were not nice at all, very uncomfortable. It was a very unclean feeling in the room. The hall carpet was very grimy and dirty.
When i was making a choice betwee. Few hotels / motels in that area yesterday i chose to.be at the one your website stated they had BREAKFAST. BUT WASNT ANY ! not even coffee !!! Why would you disclose that there is when there wasnt ??? You should return my money
Made this reservation so i could attend a tactical medical course. Pictures in their website believe are from when the establishment was a microtel. It looks like they are doing their own renovations to save money. I totally understand wanting to save money. My room was a king suite. It had a full sized bed. The walls had paint peeled off and some light switches were missing covers. Fortunately, the room Air conditioner worked great.
Breakfast is suppose to be served from 0530 to 0930. Neither days breakfast was served. I had to get my card reprogrammed and the manager came out of the back room in a night gown.
They state coffee in the lobby, but none was ever available. Noone manned the front deak. You had to pick up a phone to have someone come up. Also. They had an ice machine, but it is only a counter top ice maker.

I hate making bad reviews but i dont want vacationeers to suffer.
Room had no glasses, no tissue, toilet not bolted down.

Guy who checked me in was nice but the place needs alot of improvements. Very run down & in need of repairs. Breakfast consisted of coffee & individual wrapped mini muffins period…no juice or creamer or cereal.
I was discriminated against due to haveing my service animal. They charged me more than an extra night without so much as contacting me. I explained that he was a service animal, they refused to reimburse. Even after i tried explaining section 3 of the ADA. Police were called. They also, tried to charge my CC early on the day i was to check in. Canceled my reservations and had to rebook once i got there.
I paid hotels com 80.00. The rooms were filthy with bugs on the walls. Fight break out at one am. Tub unusable it was so dirty. Black grease looking stuff around toilet and tub. Took forever to check in front office guy was very nice. Only positive about my experience. We looked on google and it was a two star. What a dirty dump. Hotels com needs to get them off their list now

Rude and inconsiderate!
I made a reservation online while traveling to a healthcare work assignment in Jackson, MS to cover staff shortage from COVID-19.
The hotel advertised as pet friendly online when I made the reservation. When I arrived the front door clerk was terribly rude & told me no pets were allowed.
I asked why the hotel advertised as pet friendly online. I responded that I hoped I wouldn't be charged for booking when I made the reservation because they were supposed to be pet friendly.
