Wonderful, very comfy house
Publié le 19 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwaySpent a few days getting my college freshman settled after orientation. We stayed here and absolutely loved the comfy couches watching TV in our downtime. Everything you can possibly need is at this place.

Barely OK

There is a shattered window in one of the bedrooms that is "fixed" with a piece of plexiglass. We notified the host of this upon discovery and they advised that they were aware, but it was okay because "only the outside is broken"

House was great. Neighbor seemed suspect but ended up being very quiet and safe.

Concerned and tired

The sleeping situation was not good. owner needs to unwrap the mattresses on the beds and invest in real mattresses and PILLOWS so ppl can properly sleep. Other than that the place was up to date and nicely furnished!!!

We have very high standards for our property to ensure our guests have 5-star experiences. The safety and comfort of our guests are highly important. We sincerely apologize if you were displeased with the neighborhood. It is up and coming and the house is equipped with a security system that guests are able to arm during their stay. In regards to the plastic, it's there to provide protection from any pests or stains. We appreciate your feedback and will update the mattress covers with higher quality covers. We do provide four pillows in addition to decorative pillows on each bed but will also provide an additional large pillow as well. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Not Bad
Publié le 8 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThe property wasn't too shabby. The neighborhood seemed to be a little sketchy but, it was just mainly elderly people and a lot of renovations happening. It was quite for the most part. The water smelled like dirt so I would buy bottled water for drinking purposes. Overall it was better than staying in a hotel. We are a family of six so we saved a tone.
